Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support our HR and executive team. This role will assist with employee onboarding, job applications, administrative tasks, and executive support. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Employee Support & Onboarding:

    Assist employees with job applications and the hiring process.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation.

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle office supply inventory and order necessary materials.

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide direct support to managers as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Ad Hoc Tasks & Special Projects:

  • Support various departments with short-term projects as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
  • Conduct research and compile information for decision-making as needed

Hourly Range is $23/hour-$27/hour.



Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

  • Experience: 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience (preferred).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, asphalt, or concrete industries is a plus but not required.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic HR software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
