*Description*
This is clinical receptionist role primarily doing patient check-in, data processing, scanning in paperwork, scheduling appointments, greeting patients in our lobby, and processing referrals. The job description is attached. Prior experience is a plus, but someone with high maturity and strong clerical skills would be a welcomed candidate Additional Job Duties: *Performs patient registration, pre-visit, insurance verification, scheduling, arrival desk and/or departure desk activities *visit preparation, co-pay collection, patient tracking and record tracking ensuring accuracy and an outstanding patient experience. *Enters and maintains confidential and accurate patient information including patient insurance, billing, and payment information. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required: -diploma or GED -Strong clerical skills (Office Experience, Administrative Background, Healthcare experience is a huge plus, but not fully required) -Comfortable working with paper (printing from fax machine, sorting) -Comfortable handling inbound/outbound phone calls from patients -They do not want to have someone coming from a clinical background (MA, Phleb, etc) Best Vs Average -Minimum two years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service/concierge experience in healthcare setting *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
