The agile analyst will work with IT and the Business and tech partners to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Responsible for combining business and technology skills with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills. Serves as a servant leader and the ultimate facilitator between Business/dev partners and IT in truly understanding the needs and plays a key role in the overall management and success of a project through the entire project lifecycle. Guides the team to be self-organized. Will remove impediments and guide the team to resolve issues or escalate to leadership as needed. Using proven methods and tools, this position leads the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating and managing of requirements, business processes, high-level solution design, test case design, and implementation planning & support - in partnership with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups. This position may also be called upon to lead other IT project work based on changing project demands.
Requirements: * 3 days onsite per week in Newark * 5+ years of experience writing user stories * 7+ years of experience as a business analyst * Must have experience working on multiple projects at the same time * Financial Services industry experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $53.56 - $53.56/hr.
