TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, in-person, and remote control. With a strong background in Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, and other relevant technologies, you will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, support a range of devices, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide IT support through various channels including phone, email, chat, in-person, and remote control. * Utilize your experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, BitLocker, and McAfee encryption. * Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through ServiceNow. * Support traditional workstations, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. * Ensure all assigned work is completed and communicate effectively to meet service level agreements, customer satisfaction, and service demands. * Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. * Identify technical and process issues and recommend improvements. * Comply with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures. * Complete tasks assigned by dispatchers and management. * Update service tickets promptly and appropriately. * Resolve technical issues and act as a technical contact for escalated issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * 2-5 years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment. * Broad knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and OneDrive. * Experience using remote desktop tools like Bomgar/RDP. * Experience supporting virtual meeting tools, preferably MS Teams. * Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system. * Strong customer service orientation. * Adaptive, flexible, and good problem-solving skills. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
