We are replacing two of our current contractors with stronger candidates who possess a robust general IT knowledge, understand enterprise and SaaS applications, general networking, and provide top-notch customer service. Expect to manage 17-35 calls per day. * *Technical Assistance:* Analyze and fulfill incoming requests related to PC hardware, software, and telephone issues. Load software on PCs and troubleshoot hardware/software problems. * *Provisioning:* Update hardware tracking databases and ensure all systems are running smoothly. *Skills and Qualifications:* * *Excellent Customer Service:* Comfortable interacting with all levels of the company and capable of saying "No" when necessary. * *Organizational Skills:* Ability to prioritize tasks based on criteria and multitask effectively. * *Team Player:* Works well as part of a team and takes initiative to seek process improvements and additional work when caught up. * *Attention to Detail:* Meticulous in handling tasks and ensuring accuracy. *Top Skills Required:* * Help Desk Support * Customer Service * Windows 10 * Phone Support * Troubleshooting * Hardware and Software Support *Additional Information:* Our ideal candidates are those who are passionate about IT and enjoy working with technology, even as a hobby outside of their professional responsibilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
