Looking for UX Researchers in the Philly area!! This will be a 6 month contract and looking for this resource to come into the office 2 days per week. Description UX Researcher II - When have you discovered a need your customer couldn't articulate? Do you roll up your sleeves with designers, PMs, and engineers alike, working out findings from research ideating and solutions? Join our client's innovative Nursing and Health Education (NHE) team as a UX Researcher. You'll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. Help us prepare the next generation of health professionals by providing insights that drive our assessment tools. Your expertise will bridge user needs with design solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams. We're seeking a skilled UX Researcher with the following capabilities: Problem-Solving & Strategy: * Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives. * Align research solutions with product strategy. * Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership. * Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs * Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals. Research Leadership & Execution: * Develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams. * Model excellence (not perfection) in user-centered research processes. * Advocate for UX research best practices. * Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles. * Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights. Customer Focus: * Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed. * Gain deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $74.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
