The HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on business process configuration, security, reporting, and integration development. The individual selected will possess strong business analysis, development, and critical thinking skills with highly efficient problem-solving skills. This position will play a role in implementing Workday initiatives; support upgrades and user acceptance testing, and provide other technical and process-related support as assigned. This position is part of the HRIS team and is expected to work in a collaborative environment with all functional areas of the Human Resources and Payroll departments. This is a remote position.

Your Role:

As an HRIS Analyst within our Human Resources team, you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM solution, including reporting and integrations; providing support to all functional areas of the Human Resources and Payroll departments.

  • Provide day to day technical support by investigating issues and delivering timely detailed solutions.

  • Partner with HR business process owners and other subject matter experts to develop solutions leveraging Workday.

  • Support, understand and troubleshoot all internal and cloud connect integrations, including EIBs.

  • Provide and coordinate technical assistance during recurring annual projects including the firm's open enrollment process, merit increases, bonus payments, and year-end projects.

Required Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of Workday experience, particularly in configurations, business processes, data management, security architecture, and reporting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong hands-on configuration experience required in Workday modules including Recruiting and Onboarding, HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation.

Candidates need strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues, and familiarity with reporting tools like SQL Reporting Services and Power BI is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS applications are preferred. A strong work ethic and the willingness to commit over 40 hours per week, along with regular attendance and flexibility in hours, are essential.

The salary range for this position is from $90,000 - $110,000 depending upon experience and location.
