We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Outdoors Maintenance Support team member to handle various outdoor tasks from approximately April to July. This position is in Brillion, WI.

Starting Pay: $18.00

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Safe operation of lawn mowers, tractor, skidsteer, snow blowers and string trimmers

• Facilities duties include but are not limited to: turf mowing, fertilizing, weed control, pruning, small plantings, snow removal, insect and disease management, invasive species control, tree removal, trail and prairie maintenance, holiday lighting, painting and moving furniture

• Professional grounds maintenance on commercial and residential properties

• Complete preventative and total productive maintenance

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older upon your start date

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unites of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

• Horticulture knowledge preferred, previous landscape management experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Able to frequently walk, shovel, rake

• Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment

• Must work varying hours depending on weather

• Must work in all types of weather including extreme hot, cold, rain, snow
