We are seeking a skilled and motivated On-Site IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing IT-related challenges in a fast-paced environment. *Top Skills' Details* **o Experience providing on-site support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively o Experience managing/maintain network and systems infrastructure; Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations, maintain server and workstation performance, administration of IT systems such as email, file storage, and security tools * Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Key Responsibilities: *Technical Support: oProvide on-site support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively. oDiagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. oAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. *Network and System Support: oTroubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations. oMonitor and maintain server and workstation performance, escalating issues when necessary. oSupport the administration of IT systems such as email, file storage, and security tools. *User Training and Documentation: oProvide guidance to end-users on using IT tools, software, and equipment effectively. oCreate and maintain documentation for IT processes, solutions, and best practices. *Inventory and Asset Management: oTrack and manage IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability. oCoordinate hardware repairs and replacements with vendors or service providers. *Collaboration: oWork closely with the IT team to implement upgrades, patches, and new technologies. oParticipate in IT projects, system rollouts, and other organizational initiatives as required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr. *Paid Time Off: vacation pay & sick pay *Paid Holidays *401(k) Retirement Savings Plan & Profit-Sharing Program *Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance options with single & family coverages *Short-Term and Long-Term Disability *Life Insurance *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Chestertown,MD. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Mar 25, 2025.
