*Job Description**:* We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Analytics Contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing learning agendas, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and measuring the impact of marketing initiatives across various channels. This role will involve working with owned, paid media, and strategic partnership channels to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth. Responsibilities: * Design learning agendas to analyze and measure the impact of marketing initiatives across owned, paid media, and strategic partnership channels. * Utilize SQL queries and data analysis techniques to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations. * Develop testing roadmaps to evaluate the incremental impact of local marketing efforts on key business metrics such as GMV and traffic uplift. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies and drive ROI on media investments. * Conduct thorough analysis to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. * Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. We're excited about you because... * Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role. * Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. * Basic understanding of marketing channels and metrics preferred. * Proficiency in SQL queries and experience deriving insights from data patterns. * Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. * Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported manner. * Demonstrated determination to lead projects from initiation to completion in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
