TEKsystems is now hiring for a Sharepoint Developer holding an Active Secret Clearance! Description JOB DEFINITION: Work environment is based on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services with a large focus placed on Power Automate for developing automated workflows, Power Apps for developing custom business specific apps, and Power BI for developing interactive dashboards. Ability to use MS Teams, SQL Server Database and SQL Server Reporting Services, to provide Leadership, Staff, and Personnel a set of tools to assist in streamlining daily operations and visual displays for various items. Must also support several mission critical SharePoint solutions with complex permission structures, workflows, customized pages using JavaScript, Query, and data integration between SharePoint and SQL Server. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Accurately records daily tasks and assignments for task order metrics gathering. Works independently under overall project objectives and requirements; apprises Project Manager about progress and unusual complications. Work is reviewed for accuracy of judgment, compliance with instructions, and to insure proper alignment. Guidelines usually include existing systems, and the constraints imposed by related systems with which the incumbent's work must be meshed. Adapts design approaches successfully used in precedent systems. Completed work is reviewed for timeliness, compatibility with other work, and effectiveness in meeting requirements. May provide functional direction to lower-level assistants on assigned work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent AND four (4) years of progressively complex developer/administrator level experience with Microsoft's SharePoint Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services; OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Should possess certifications in related areas and have clear goals of additional certifications needed to support emerging technologies. Recommended four (4) years' experience in developing software solutions using ASP.NET, MVC 5, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Knowledge of applicable computer system software programs and MS Office Applications. * Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, site management and governance. * Ability to manage SharePoint Online Pages, Libraries, and Lists. * Ability to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within SharePoint Online. * Knowledge of third-party tools like Metalogix for content migration and recovery. * Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services and how SharePoint Online integrates with them. * Proficiency in Power Automate for developing automated workflows. * Proficiency in Power Apps for developing custom apps for specific business needs. * Proficiency in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards. * Strong understanding of traditional coding principles. * Proficiency in leveraging Rest APIs * Proficiency with SQL Server and JavaScript. * Knowledge of data formats like JSON. * Comprehensive understanding and experience in HTML/CSS and ASP.NET MVC 5. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
