We are currently hiring an Admissions Specialist for one of the highest rated healthcare companies in Colorado! This is a Hybrid position requiring applicants to be located in the Denver Metro area.
*Job Description* * Provide Contact Center-based support via phone, email, fax, and web to facilitate placement requests for patients - inbound call center scheduling environment * Respond professionally, promptly, and courteously to inbound calls, e-mails and faxed referrals and/or requests for treatment options * Request placement and/or respond to inquiries regarding treatment options via outbound calls, e-mail, and/or other designated contacts * Place outbound calls to Hospitals to complete placement requests * Partner with Field Operations to visit Doctor's offices and Hospitals to build, enhance and/or establish those relationships. * Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance call standards * Build positive relationships with Hospitals, Discharge planners, Case Managers, & teammates to provide customer service excellence * Facilitate the placement by using the tools and resources associated *Qualifications* *Required:* * High School Diploma or GED * 6 Months of healthcare experience working in an administrative capacity (Front Desk, Schedulers, Prior Authorizations, Insurance Verification, etc.) * Data Entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minutes * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (listed on resume) * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (shown on resume) * Good tenure in recent positions *Preferences:* * Bachelor's Degree * Bilingual in English and Spanish * 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative Healthcare role #prioritywest25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
