The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide a wide variety of executive - level- administrative support to members of the C&S Senior Leadership Team of the local health plan located in East Brunswick, NJ. The role serves as the administrative liaison for all internal and external inquiries related to the assigned executive and/or administrative department. This role requires individual judgement for assigned tasks while collaboration for many team meetings and priority requests. This position will be Hybrid, will report to East Brunswick, NJ, office minimum of 3 days per week. May be required to travel 25% of the time within New Jersey. Duties may also include more traditional administrative / clerical support roles including answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. This is a fast-paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This position will also have BSL (Business Segment Liaison) responsibilities including new hire onboarding / offboarding, equipment ordering and set-up, software purchases and office supply ordering. Senior Administrative work will involve direct client interaction. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
