Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will be responsible responsible for coordinating with each partner to drive sales performance. You will create reports and presentations that detail key results from residential and business campaigns. You will also interact with key stakeholders to ensure sales goals are achieved. You're ideal for this role if you are a highly motivated, proactive, collaborative, analytically driven, sales- oriented, problem solver. Must be passionate about planning, managing, executing, and evaluating the results of online campaigns.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
  • Drive sales across residential and business segments for all brands
  • Support Online Partner Initiatives through day to day management of third-party partners to successfully execute ongoing partner sales programs
  • Communicate with Online Partners to foster a collegiate working relationship and assist with operational or technical items as needed.
  • Monitor trends, patterns, competitive efforts and performance to ensure sales targets are met
  • Maintain strategic digital sales plan while focusing on consumer experience and success metrics
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and improve residential and business campaigns
  • Generate incremental sales through expansion opportunities with existing partners and onboarding prospective partners
  • Leverage internal stakeholders and site analytics tools to make performance improvement recommendations
  • Track, validate, and reconcile partner sales processes through managing reporting metrics, payment activities, regular site audits, and pricing campaigns
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience with Partner, Referral and/or Loyalty Program management, preferably in the digital space
  • Strong sense of urgency, detail-oriented, result-oriented attitude, strong collaboration skills, proactive drive and nimbleness to shift gears when needed
  • Great people skills to interact with wide variety of partner personalities as well as internal stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting, tracking and analytics tools a plus
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications are applicable to the above skills.
