Summary:
Our Ophthalmology team is determined to give new hires the opportunity to gain clinical knowledge and skills to start/continue a rewarding career in Ophthalmology. A Surgical Technologist is responsible for providing intraoperative care to surgical patients. Successful candidates are eager to learn, motivated, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are detail oriented and are committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Available Shifts/Locations:
We are currently hiring for our Boston main campus (243 Charles Street) - shifts to include full-time/36hrs weekly - rotating 12hr shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm/8:00am-8:30pm (hours may vary based on department need).

New Grads Welcome!!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program is required (see substitution below)
  • Current Surgical Technologist Certification is required within one year from the date of graduation from a surgical technologist program unless one of the below criteria are met:
  • Have been employed as a Surgical Technologist in a surgical facility on or before July 1st, 2013
  • Have successfully completed a training program for surgical technology in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard of the United States or in the United States Public Health Service (MA Senate Bill 2058, December 2012).
