As an IT & Technical Operations Specialist on Frame.io's Program Management and Operations Team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the Frame.io team is ready, secure, and supported doing this critical work. The OpportunityAs an IT & Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in maintaining and optimizing the technological infrastructure that powers Frame.io. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless, secure, and efficient working environment by leading the tools, software, and systems that enable employees to do their best work. In this role, you will lead IT operations and be responsible for tool administration, user management, and staff onboarding/offboarding to ensure every team member has the resources they need from day one. You will also work closely with Adobe's security teams, implementing corporate security policies and leading the transition of engineering applications to Adobe-approved solutions where appropriate. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen and streamline Frame.io's IT ecosystem, driving efficiency, security, and innovation across the organization. What you'll Do

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $104,300 -- $219,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
