Staffmark has teamed up with the most optimized fresh food platform in the world! We are hiring a dedicated Production Associate to join their team in San Clemente, CA. No food production or packing experience? No Problem! This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training being offered by our client. If you're passionate about food and eager to contribute to a forward-thinking team, this is the perfect temp-to-hire opportunity for you!

Shift Details:

Pay: $17.50 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a colder environment, and lift 40 pounds

Production Associate Responsibilities:



  • Operate production equipment efficiently and safely
  • Handle materials and assist with product packaging
  • Label products accurately and utilize scan guns and pallet jacks to transport products
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain counts on products and a clean and organized workspace
  • Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and standards are met
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals
