Pay: $15.50 per hour (pay increase to $18.91 after 90 days!)

2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Monday-Friday

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assembles product parts by hand, using power tools to cut, drill, and attach components.
• Affixes labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products while inspecting them for quality.
• Maintains a clean, hazard-free workstation and addresses issues with production equipment as needed.
• Observe and remove faulty parts from the assembly line, pack completed products for shipment, and keep the factory floor clean.
• Unloads organizes, and stocks shipments, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Ensures production deadlines are met and reports any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED, six months of manufacturing/production/assembly experience, basic math skills, multi-tasking abilities, ability to read a tape measure, be detail-oriented, be a great team player, and ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift 30 pounds.
