Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for our manufacturing client in Statesboro, GA. We are seeking a reliable and organized professional to support our client's operation team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes. Pay: $23 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Monday-Friday

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:



  • Assist with workflow coordination to optimize efficiency.
  • Review and track customer orders, inventory, and materials to ensure timely processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor production timelines and resource needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues related to order processing and materials.
  • Support general operations and logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements:



  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with CPU, management tracking systems, and other business software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds.
