Our Warehouse Leads oversee daily operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This hands-on role involves coordinating workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and assisting with training and development of warehouse staff. Key responsibilities (to name a few): Lead and guide warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities Enforce safety policies and operational procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment Support training efforts and serve as the point of contact for process questions and escalations Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing process enhancements About You Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs Basic skills in reading, mathematics, and measurement required Strong computer and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel preferred Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, non-sponsored basis BENEFITS Eligible for benefits in 30 days or less Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options Benefits beginonthe first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation Eligible for 11 paid holidays Eligible for 8 sick days. 401(k): with up to 6% company matching Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts - computers, vehicles, amusement park tickets, gym memberships, and more WHY GATES?
