WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in Iola, KS, you will be a Lead Person.

Our Warehouse Leads oversee daily operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This hands-on role involves coordinating workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and assisting with training and development of warehouse staff.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Lead and guide warehouse team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Enforce safety policies and operational procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
  • Support training efforts and serve as the point of contact for process questions and escalations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing process enhancements

About You

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Basic skills in reading, mathematics, and measurement required
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel preferred
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, non-sponsored basis
