We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our company's Internal Audit function, with a focus on managing the global SOX Compliance program. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, coordinating control testing, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, you will lead a team of direct reports, collaborate with external auditors, and drive continuous improvement in our SOX program methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, and internal audit, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lead fraud investigations as necessary.
