Description
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative are to provide outstanding customer service, sales and administrative support to the Sales Team by processing orders, effectively resolving customer issues and supporting the Sales team as needed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: There is little risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours when production demand is at high levels. |
