Intern - Cyber Security

Exciting opportunity to join Mascoma Bank as our Cyber Security Intern.In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist various members of the Information Security Team. These tasks will include interacting with System Administrators & System Owner to develop the scope of review, gather evidence for testing, and facilitate audit request items using our internal ticketing system. The intern will also assist in monitoring potential for cyber security incidents, as well as assist in identifying and reporting of phishing attempts.

As a requirement of this role, the intern will be a college student with a focus on Computer Science. The successful intern would have completed coursework in Information Technology. They will have strong typing skills, and the ability to use computers will be an asset in this role. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong communication skills are also crucial in this role. The ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy is required.

This position can be performed in-person at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50.
