Description

The Associate Marketing Manager (Associate) position is a downstream marketing role that drives the execution of marketing programs for the Antimicrobial Resistance/Antimicrobial Stewardship/Sepsis (AMR/AMS/Sepsis) solutions. This role is crucial to ensuring the differentiated value of our solutions is clearly articulated and promoted to all customer key stakeholders and decision makers.

This Associate will focus on tactical execution of various marketing initiatives to achieve the goals defined in the brand plan, and as determined by the Director, Value-Based Healthcare. The Associate will engage with colleagues across North America Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, GAMA, Customer Service, Global Integrated Solutions Marketing, and other cross-functional leads to ensure the value proposition of our solutions is clearly articulated and achieving impact across the clinical, operational, and economic needs of each target audience. This role requires value-based solutions messaging and commercial execution expertise.

Primary Duties

  1. Drive the creation and implementation of marketing tactics to achieve brand plan goals and strategies.
  2. Ensure the differentiated value of AMR/AMS/Sepsis solutions is clearly communicated through marketing materials and campaigns.
  3. Develop a strategy to generate urgency in focusing on AMR and initiate AMS programs in the outpatient clinical setting, and how bioMerieux's integrated solutions add value.
  4. Support the Sr. Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  5. Assist in creating customer engagement tools and materials to drive awareness and demand for AMR/AMS/sepsis solutions.
  6. Collaborate closely with the Strategic Integrated Campaign Leads and Marketing Communications to develop product and portfolio campaigns focused on the appropriate segments and create innovative digital solutions to support the value offers.
  7. Lend support, as needed, to other marketing initiatives, sales training planning and execution, and events across the Value Based Healthcare team.
  8. Provide support for marketing operations administrative tasks, including obtaining POs, invoicing, and logistics for tactical marketing execution.

Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence or equivalent experience required.
  2. 1+ years' relevant multifunctional commercial experience in product management/marketing/sales or clinical/life science. Experience in the diagnostics IVD industry preferred.

  4. Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving.
  5. Proficient customer facing skills and the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  6. Process oriented to seek details and data to quantify impact of marketing initiatives.
  7. Experience in a matrix organization and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
