Pay: $16-19/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 7 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed

Requirements:



  • At least 1 year of production experience
  • Up to 30 lbs as needed



As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in assembling point-of-sale displays, operating machinery, and ensuring top-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for building custom retail displays with precision for various clients.

Responsibilities:



  • Assemble displays using cardboard, plastic, and metal, following assembly diagrams and instructions.
  • Operate machinery (cutters, laminators, gluing equipment) to produce display components.
  • Inspect finished displays for defects and ensure they meet client standards.
  • Manage materials like cardboard sheets, printed graphics, and packaging supplies.
  • Package completed displays for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and security.
  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and working on the production floor.
