The Product Technical Specialist is primarily responsible for driving the quality improvement of the assigned current products. You will collect and investigate data from a variety of sources to create accurate problem statements and drive prompt issue resolution by working with the Current and New Product teams. You will be the product technical expert and point person for the assigned product(s) technical and quality improvement requests. That specific Product Technical Specialist will also perform quality inspections and audits and manage recall campaigns. This role will be on-site in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities
Lead and represent Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives for product field quality and reliability issues by identifying, clarifying, and defining improvement opportunities supported with facts and real data through end-user information gathered in ASIST, dealer/customer visits and other forms of customer feedback
The annual salary for this role is $72,000 - $106,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications
