The Network Engineer will design, implement, optimize, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructure for enterprise environments. This role requires expertise in managing extensive network systems with a focus on Cisco routers, switches, wireless, PA firewalls, and advanced data networking solutions. The candidate will also play a strategic role in cloud connectivity, hybrid solutions, and SD-WAN deployments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance across global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, building, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• You will be responsible for leading a team of developers in maintaining software applications using Java Spring boot.
• Your typical day will involve managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, overseeing the design and implementation of software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications.
• Expected to lead set of teams and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Oversee the design and development of software applications using Java Springboot
• Ensure the quality and performance of the applications through testing and debugging.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the documentation of software designs, requirements, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Springboot, SQL, AWS, Enterprise Architecture, and experience in team leadership.
• Experience with BPM, Mongo DB
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of distributed computing principles and architectures.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Experience.
• Proficiency in Java Springboot, SQL, AWS, Enterprise Architecture, and experience in team leadership.
• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or Masters Degree in IT

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
