Job Summary:

The Concrete Crew Laborer performs various physical tasks involved in concrete construction, including preparing job sites, setting up formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team setting.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Assist in setting up and taking down formwork, scaffolding, and other job site structures.
  • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to job specifications.
  • Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish concrete surfaces.
  • Install reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
  • Follow instructions from the Foreman and Superintendent to ensure project success.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.

Hourly Range is $23/hour-$32./hour



Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Prior experience in concrete construction is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of concrete tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
