Job Summary: The Asphalt Laborer plays a vital role in supporting asphalt paving operations by performing a variety of tasks, including operating equipment, assisting with paving activities, and ensuring job site cleanliness. This position requires physical endurance, adaptability, and a willingness to learn multiple aspects of asphalt paving and construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt paving or general construction, but training is available for motivated individuals. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in operating paving and compaction equipment as needed.
Hourly Range is $23/hour-$32.50/hour Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
