In this role, you will execute the marketing strategy, including brand awareness, growth marketing, customer success, and sales enablement efforts. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Director of Sales, internal stakeholders (product, sales, customer success), and external resources to drive the success of the marketing efforts. You will also lead the tactical execution of campaigns and content creation, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.

  • Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Create and implement growth marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and drive inbound lead generation. Oversee both paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and organic (SEO, content marketing) channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and in line with business goals.
  • Sales Enablement:
Work with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, messaging, and support to convert leads into customers and show value to current customers.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Execution:
Assist in the creation of engaging content including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email templates, and sales materials. Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns such as paid media, social media promotions, email marketing, and webinars.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and tactics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversions, and lead generation. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to gather insights, refine strategies, and ensure a cohesive marketing approach across all functions. Act as a key partner in the overall success of the marketing strategy and execution.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research:
Gather and analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and market data to inform marketing messaging and strategy. Stay on top of competitive landscape and customer needs to maintain a relevant and impactful marketing approach.
  • Event & Webinar Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing online events, webinars, and trade show participation to generate awareness and engage with target audiences.
