Compensation:$100,000 - $120,000 plus sales incentive compensation

*This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.


Position Summary:

The Channel Manager will focus on developing and managing relationships with channel partners, primarily in the Western Region of the US. This role includes strategizing and executing channel programs, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning channel activities with company goals. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped sales incentive compensation based on individual performance, and excellent benefits.

Position Responsibilities:

* Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in the designated area/territory.

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

* Provide input into the contract management process regarding channel partner additions, subtractions, assigned territories, products, and goals.

* Collaborate on the development of channel marketing programs and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.

* Monitor partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategies.

* Facilitate regular communication with partners to share updates, best practices, and opportunities for collaboration.

* Maintain thorough knowledge of each dealer's sales funnel to assist and provide appropriate resources as needed to drive revenue and provide leadership with accurate 90-day forecasts.

* Educate dealer personnel on the product portfolio and company policies and procedures related to service/sales support, ensuring alignment and bringing in corporate resources as needed.

* Position the correct product and configuration to meet end-user needs and provide quotes.

* Offer partners guidance on effective consultative sales techniques.

* Maintain clear and concise communication with Account Executives, Field Engineers, and AVP within the area, mitigating any conflicts.

* Ensure prompt communication and follow-up with dealers.

* Travel with partners to assist in the sales process, key accounts, or demos.

Required Skills & Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

* 3 or more years of experience in channel management, preferably in the radiology imaging industry.

* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

* Business management skills to handle complex relationships, drive accurate forecasts, and develop action plans to meet goals.

* Strong presentation skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

* RT (ARRT certified) or other imaging, medical equipment or software technical experience preferred.

* Experience in a technology or software company.

* Familiarity with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and CRM systems.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.

* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or C4C, to manage partner interactions and performance.

Soft Skills:

* Self-motivated and results-oriented.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Remote with 60% travel
