Baker College is looking for a Visit Experience Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, alumni, and visitors, helping to shape a positive and supportive environment from the moment they arrive. The Visit Experience Coordinator ensures a positive first impression for visitors at Baker College by providing directions, campus information, and assisting with event coordination. This includes managing RSVPs, reserving event spaces, ordering catering, and supporting setup and teardown. The coordinator assists students in accessing resources such as tutoring, counseling, and advising, while also addressing IT inquiries or connecting students with the appropriate support services. As the primary contact at the Welcome Center Front Desk, they address inquiries, engage with visitors, and share accurate information about the college and its surroundings. They also manage event logistics, support special projects, and maintain communication with campus leadership. Additionally, the coordinator supervises student workers, manages schedules, and ensures tasks are completed efficiently while identifying opportunities to enhance the visitor experience. The ideal candidate is required to hold an associate degree or higher, along with 2 years of full-time work-related experience in any discipline or a similar environment.
