Other Work/Responsibilities |
- Communicate effectively with clients of varying technical knowledge, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Prioritize and address multiple requests in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Address walk-in client visits and document requests and incidents in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
- Configure Windows and Apple devices using Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM and Jamf.
- Assist other Technicians with the management of computing lab spaces in various locations.
- Maintain demeanor and diplomacy in times of high volume or difficult situations.
- Exhibit a team-centric mindset by sharing ideas, information, feedback and support to others.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team and Manager.

Minimum Experience/Education |
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum experience:
- One year of full-time experience in technical support directly related to this position's essential job duties and required qualifications
