About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Own the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality completion.
- Create structure in fast-changing environments, managing shifting deadlines, goals, and priorities with confidence.
- Analyze and interpret data, using insights to drive better project decisions and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables, maintaining a sharp focus on profitability.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks, always staying ahead of potential project roadblocks.
- Work hands-on with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Keep up relentless attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of your projects is optimized for success.
- Thrive in an intense, fast-moving environment that demands high energy, focus, and leadership.
What You Bring:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Preferred.
- Experience - 5+ years in project management within power generation, industrial power, or electrical systems.
- Certifications - PMP certification preferred.
- Technical Knowledge - Expertise in diesel/gas generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and power distribution.
- Leadership & Communication - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency - Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Travel - Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually + bonus
