RMA Coordinator

General Summary:

The RMA Coordinator, based at our Fort Mill, SC, location, will be responsible for processing returned equipment and logging transactions into a computerized database. This role will also work closely with various internal and external departments to ensure data integrity communicating by phone, face-to-face and e-mail.

Attention to detail is a primary responsibility as are good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to navigate common business software is essential and required on a daily basis. The position also requires a good deal of physically moving, examining and packing of heavy equipment.

The job involves working primarily in a warehouse environment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

* Physically opening and unpacking boxes and itemizing the returned equipment.

* Physically examining returned equipment.

* Oracle/ SAP experience a plus

* Ability to multi task amongst multiple control sites and databases necessary.

* High level of excel knowledge and general Office environment along with searching for information and update information on the company's database.

* Follow up as necessary with internal and external teams in a professional manner regarding returned merchandise via phone, in-person and/or e-mail.

* Physically prepare merchandise for shipping, including inspecting, repackaging and re-labeling.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED required

* 1+ years of experience in a similar role required
