The Strategic Intelligence Analyst shall have the responsibility for providing analytical expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning to support CMH's administrative and clinical leaders in the interest of advancing the Hospital's mission and achieving its long term vision. Specific responsibilities will include system-level strategy development, market analytics, and market research. Responsible for reporting, conducting analysis, summarizing findings, and tracking performance. Responsible for conducting various routine and ad hoc reports and analyses including historical and projected statistical and market position reports. Maintains databases and software applications and works with Enterprise Intelligence to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and resolution of data issues. The Strategic Intelligence Analyst must also demonstrate excellent client consulting skills and maintain a high level of responsiveness to their needs.

This role requres the use of Tableau, Power BI, MS Office Suite, and other tools.

Candidates must be within driving distance of the KC Metro.

Extracts data and conducts effective data analysis to produce actionable insights.
• Partners with stakeholders to understand the business needs and present insights and solutions through visualizing data for understanding and telling data-driven stories.
• Proficient in auditing data to ensure integrity, privacy, and resolving issues.
• Source non-traditional data and discovers emerging analytic techniques to support organizational priorities.

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years' experience.
• Candidates must have held positions in another department, or service area, where they have compiled and analyzed data to support strategic, market, and business plans.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
