Utility Operator

• Help to Guarantee Manufacturing Remains Smooth and Efficient
• Fill in for Any Position When Needed
• Help to Ensure Objectives and Goals are Met Daily by Working with the Floor Supervisor
• Assist with Equipment Tool Changes or Set-Ups
• Contributes to Team Wide Effort by Accomplishing Assigned Tasks
• Report all Job Related Issues to the Production Manager
• Assist in Training New Employees on How to Safely Use Machinery and Follow Procedures
• Follow All Safety Procedures
• Complete Other Tasks as Directed by Manager
• Follow Proper Quality Control Procedures and Report Any Deviation from Procedures
• Maintain a Clean and Orderly Work Area
• Work Overtime as Needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate all machinery
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Fork Truck Experience
• Must have ethical conduct and a good attitude
• Results driven and show initiative
• Regular and consistent attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent
