Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. * Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper documentation. * Implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency. * Use inventory database to update and manage hardware & software stock. * Generate inventory reports for management review. * Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field. * Proficiency in inventory management database and Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software. * Certification in inventory management or supply chain operations. * Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Work Environment: * This role may require standing, walking, and lifting inventory items. * Work is typically performed in a engineering lab setting.
