What we need...

A Vendor Management Analyst to support Internal Departments across the organization as it relates to managing third-party vendor portfolios. This Administrative role includes: Onboarding and monitoring vendors by performing due diligence, conducting risk assessments and working with internal stakeholders. Additionally, this position will provide assistance as it relates to contract administration and support to meet the criteria and comply with company standards.

What you'll do...



  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners to understand their requirements and support them on the Vendor Management Policy & Program.
  • Utilize best practices to onboard new third-party vendors and identify the risks through a series of analysis, research, and due diligence.
  • Engage and work with third-party vendors to obtain required documentation to support onboarding practices.
  • Perform vendor oversight and ongoing monitoring including performance, industry compliance and other relevant analysis utilizing existing procedures and best practices.
  • Accurately record document and enter relevant third-party vendor information to effectively reflect risk and key Third-Party Vendor information, contracts information, schedules and reporting.
  • Keep system up to date on new products, services, vendors, contracts and clients as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to Leadership as necessary.
  • Help develop and/or update workflows, process and procedures related to third-party vendor and contracting.


What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, likes to research/problem solve
  • Successful working in both a team environment and independently
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with WolfPac or other Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Compliance or Vendor Management platforms is a plus.
  • Financial services experience is a plus as is knowledge related to vendor risk


The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 / year
