American Greetings is seeking an Intern in Business Intelligence for the Summer of 2025.

This position requires a quantitative, creative, critical thinker with a mindset for continual learning and customer focus. You will develop solutions and analyses related to customer behavior that will inform American Greetings Interactive towards making sound decisions for our products and subscription base. In this role, you will collaborate with eCommerce teams from an array of other disciplines (Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Creative, etc.).

You will have the opportunity to work with the data warehouse and the BI team to run SQL queries over large datasets, analyze results and help create dashboards. You will also be responsible for critically reviewing reports and data for completeness and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Drive better decision making by creating decision support tools that range from BI dashboards to interactive analytical applications.
* Analyze large data sets by quantifying the data quality, identifying particular patterns and visualizing the results in Tableau.
* Perform tasks such as data wrangling, data mining, A/B test design and analysis, segmentation, data visualization, or basic data analysis tasks as needed.
* Surface performance insights and opportunities across all of AG ecommerce businesses to inform decisions and drive positive change within the organization and/or the consumer experience.

Internship Program Summary:
* Dates of Internship: This is a 10-week, paid internship (Monday, June 2, 2025 - Friday, August 8, 2025)
* Location: Westlake, Ohio
* Work Environment: You will be working in a hybrid environment that requires working on-site, 2 days each week.
* Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with real and meaningful work experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business.
* Along with the work you will be performing, we have curated a calendar of events and learning opportunities that will keep you engaged and excited!

Requirements:
* Must have plans to reside in Northeast Ohio for the Summer of 2025
* There is no housing stipend associated with this internship
* Currently enrolled in an accredited college, pursuing an undergraduate degree and entering your Junior or Senior year
* Must be able to work full time hours for the duration of the internship
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
