This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $23/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform inspection and testing by conducting incoming, in-process, and lot qualification inspections following work instructions and procedures.
  • Document and record data by generating required documentation and accurately recording inspection, test, and measurement data in systems like MES/SAP and checklists.
  • Operate QC instruments like smart scopes, CMM, OGP, digital calipers, and microscopes.
  • Handle testing equipment such as roughness testers, spring latch testers, and leak testers.
  • Ensure quality standards by accepting or rejecting parts based on quality standards and reporting any deviations or non-conformances promptly.
  • Support troubleshooting by assisting with first-level QA inspection issues and escalating problems when needed.
  • Maintain safety and quality processes by upholding 5S workplace safety standards and supporting quality management tasks like raising NCMRs and handling MRB.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with 1-2 years of QA/QC inspection experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proficient in visual inspection, precision measurement instruments, force measurement equipment, and product functional testing.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leaders.
  • Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50lbs when required.
