The Supervisor of Health and Safety is responsible for efforts to advance the OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The supervisor works across multiple business units and functional groups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Ensure the Circet USA Safety Academy meets the needs of the internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead individuals and teams that may or may not have a direct reporting relationship.
• Continuously improve employee safety orientation, training, and processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant state, federal, and local regulations
• Analyze and improve the OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program and associated safety metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses
• Prepare and present reports on local market compliance with OHS-01, Cirect USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program
• Conduct field visits and risk assessments to develop strategies that reduce injuries.
• Perform other duties as requested by Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or college degree preferred
• Working knowledge of telecommunications and associated safety standards.
• Comfortable with public speaking and instructing
• Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft programs and applications
• Certified Safety Manager (CSM) preferred or other accredited safety professional certification
• OSHA Outreach preferred

Pay Range in the United States: $73K - $108K based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance
