The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview This newly created role at CAES-Lansdale plans, organizes and leads the design and implementation of training & development programs required to further the capabilities our employees. Our innovators engineer, manufacture and deliver complex technology solutions for the most critical defense missions. Your work will matter to a cause bigger than ourselves. To maintain a training schedule and train / certify employees to IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610. Conduct in-process and final inspection of assemblies to determine compliance to workmanship and drawing requirements as assigned by Quality Manager. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Salary Range: $37.52 - $56.28 per hour. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
