Position Summary

As a Commercial Loan Support Specialist, you will handle various tasks such as performing checkbacks on loans, organizing financial statements, and assisting Loan Coordinators. The role involves working with third-party vendors, quality control of loan files, and managing documentation. This position also entails high attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility and the ability to re-establish priorities based on changing needs are essential for success in this role.

• General knowledge of commercial industry and detailed understanding of appropriate regulations and guidelines
• Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and related product

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Relevant banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
• Approximately six months to 1 year of on-the-job training to become familiar with established loan systems and procedures.
