Etching Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift during training, 3rd Shift after training

Requirements: The position requires a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience, the ability to work independently and stay highly motivated, and a High School Diploma or General Educational Development certification. Experience with chemical etching or plating is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Select the correct coil for production
• Set up the line
• Follow and understand all written work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Place coils of material onto the etch line payoff
• Place empty reels onto the take-up
• Remove full reels of etched material from the take-ups (weighing up to 50 pounds)
• Document and properly label all work
• Familiarity with different types of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
• Knowledge of machine and industrial workplace hazards
• Operate all equipment safely, prioritizing safety
