What's the Short Version?

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for shaping and overseeing the evolution and implementation of both vendor-supplied tools and the team's own digital products into the SanMar customer experience. This includes the ongoing evolution of our digital strategies and tools unique to our industry and business, including existing customer-facing platforms (websites, mobile, e-commerce platforms) as well as new digital initiatives. This requires a strong data driven, high-touch product manager who thrives on putting customers front and center.

What Will You Be Doing?



  • Provide leadership and expertise in the development, optimization, and maintenance of customer-centric products, interfaces and vendor integrations.
  • Identify, scope, and execute innovative digital and related selling tools to enrich our customer's ability to create and sell customized, decorated products, as well as reduce friction from customer's interactions with all digital touchpoints.
  • Advocate for the customer and the experiences they have with Sanmar's digital product tools -how they find them, how they interact with them, and how they use these tools to make decisions.
  • Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.
  • Use human-centered design methods in conjunction with our UX team to deliver on solutions that address real customer challenges.
  • Drive digital strategies aimed at brand and product awareness and education across all digital platforms, including sanmar.com and several brand and custom website tools and stores.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external resources that bring best-in-class capabilities, technologies and ideas to our business.
  • Leverage data and market insights for decision-making.
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative insights and business analytics to drive tool adoption.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.



What Are We Looking For?



  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing; or equivalent experience Preferred
  • 4-6 years of relevant Marketing, Ecommerce, or Digital Product Management experience.
  • Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution on a large scale.
  • Apparel industry and/or B-to-B experience is preferred
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to put the customer first
  • Recognized as a self-starter with a bias for action
  • Creative problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset approach
  • Experience managing across highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
  • A demonstrated track record of business impact through content
  • Ability to understand writing styles and do some copy editing
  • Deep understanding of vendor integrations, and execution
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent presentation skills



What's Our Offer?

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?

Hybrid: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
