This includes establishing learning objectives, selecting instructional methodologies, conducting training sessions, assessing learning application, coaching employees, and developing training materials. They also complete administrative tasks, including training documentation, reporting, and coordination. What Will You Be Doing?
- Prepare and facilitate training programs by establishing learning objectives, selecting instructional methodologies, and delivering both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Assess and fulfill training needs through program design, development, and implementation.
- Reinforce learning by leveraging various training media and instructional technologies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by measuring application to job performance and recommending improvements.
- Perform administrative tasks, including training documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting on learning impact.
- Provide individualized training to employees to enhance job performance.
- Develop training and resource materials, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards regarding sensitive information.
- Stay current with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices through professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employee development and business objectives.
- Support additional training and development initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or Instructional Design or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years experience working in a training and development role
- 1-3 years strong experience in e-learning and technology training back is preferred
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
- Corporate Trainer Certification-MSI Certified preferred
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- High customer service orientation and forward thinking
- Flexible and able to shift priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to format materials and presentations
- Self-motivated; takes initiative to find and share solutions
- Strong analytic capabilities

What's Our Offer? Salary Range: You`ll earn between $77,970 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary. Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off. What Should You Expect? Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required. Extensive travel to locations throughout the United States - 50% Travel
