Job Responsibilities The Team Lead for the Remote Patient Monitoring program will provide oversight and accountability to the Remote Patient Monitoring Technicians on their assigned shift. In addition to their primary function as Remote Patient Monitoring Technicians the Team Leader will also act as a department subject matter expert and assume the point of contact for concerns or problems that arise when a supervisor is not on site. Decisions to elevate issues to the TC or Manager on call will be made by the Team Leader. The Team Leader will also assist with training new staff and assisting with new team member onboarding. The Team Leader will function under the direction of the Program Manager and/or Team Coordinator. Focused on promoting positive patient experience by partnering with the patient's family, staff, and other care providers to provide an excellent patient experience. Will perform under stressful conditions with compassion, and respect to ensure patient privacy and dignity as appropriate. Competencies/Job Duties:
