The Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Division (MCF), reporting to the CMO, is a highly dynamic and collaborative team that is dedicated to driving a consistent, impactful brand experiences that encourages action. Simply put, we are champions of good marketing. We want to inspire relationships, not transactions -- across all key audiences - corporate partners, Large Public Institutions, policymakers, and employees. Save the Children's Advisor II of Social Media will be responsible for leading the implementation of the organization's social media strategy, social channel management, optimizing supporter engagement across multiple platforms, social-first content creation, reporting and analytics and crisis management. In this role, you will balance innovative storytelling, compelling and purposeful messaging, brand strategy and data-driven insights to build and deliver an impactful and engaging social presence. You will guide the team in joining existing conversations in the social media landscape around breaking news, policy and advocacy priorities, global events and thought leadership opportunities. You will play a central role in identifying, communicating and integrating social media strategic priorities with colleagues across the organization to position Save the Children as a leader, increase brand visibility and engagement in support of our broader mission.
