Why do we need you ?
Job Goals: This position is responsible for sales and business development in support of the CoreTech product and capabilities portfolio, including sputtered films, coated films, and specialty release liners. The role requires a strong focus on account management and business development activities across the Midwest and Western territories of North America. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and expand the existing customer base, identify new opportunities for both current and developmental products, and generate accurate sales forecasts for the territory. Additionally, they will be responsible for gathering and sharing competitive intelligence to inform business strategy, while also supporting marketing and product management initiatives. A key aspect of the role involves mapping the industrial landscape within the territory to identify growth opportunities in the Life Sciences, Automotive, Electronics, Habitat, and Aerospace markets in collaboration with market management. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position, which is $89,500 to $138,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 40% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $125,300 - $193,900. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
